Serbia sets diesel at 229 dinars in latest fuel-price adjustment

Serbia's government moved retail diesel to 229 dinars a liter in its latest price adjustment, per srpske.rs.

For a US jobber or hauler, that number has no bearing on what you pay. Serbia sets its pump prices by regulation, and its diesel does not price off the spot markets that drive US rack. The 229-dinar figure is a retail price shaped by Belgrade's taxes and margin caps, and it does not touch US surcharge math.
